Applications
-
terraces and balconies
-
outdoor areas with paving slabs
-
dry installation on waterproofing membranes
-
ideal for terrace paving slabs
The rigid low-profile paving spacer pad with a height of 2 mm is a practical solution for dry installation of paving slabs on terraces, balconies, and other outdoor surfaces. Thanks to its transparent design, it does not affect the visual appearance of the paving while providing functional protection for the substrate.
The spacer pad creates a minimal separation layer between the paving slab and the substrate, allowing proper water drainage, ventilation, and protecting the waterproofing layer from damage.
Protection of the substrate and waterproofing layer
The paving slabs are not placed directly on the waterproofing membrane, reducing the risk of damage and extending the lifespan of the entire structure.
Efficient drainage and ventilation
The gap beneath the paving allows natural water runoff and prevents moisture accumulation.
Low height – only 2 mm
An ideal solution where installation height is limited.
Discreet transparent design
Once the paving is installed, the spacer pad is practically invisible.
Durable material for outdoor use
Made from high-quality polypropylene (PP) resistant to UV radiation and temperature fluctuations.
pedestal height: 2 mm
spacer pin height: 16 mm
material: PS (polystyrene – transparent)
joint width: 4 mm – for optimal water drainage
base diameter: 64 mm

protects the waterproofing membrane from damage
improves paving performance by enabling proper water drainage
allows simple and fast installation
ideal for installations with limited build-up height
This spacer pad is suitable for the installation of porcelain paving slabs, ceramic outdoor tiles, concrete paving slabs, and natural stone terrace tiles commonly used in exterior applications.
It is typically used in dry installation systems on terraces, balconies, rooftop terraces, and other outdoor paved areas installed over waterproofing membranes.
The spacer pad creates a small separation layer between the paving slab and the substrate. This improves water drainage, allows ventilation beneath the paving, and helps protect the waterproofing membrane from mechanical damage.
It is particularly suitable for modern outdoor paving systems using 20 mm porcelain paving slabs, which are widely used for terraces and balconies.
