Construction screws with wafer (flange) head
The most widely used type of wood screw for universal use. It is used for joining two wooden prisms or for joining a flat material (OSB, plywood...) and a wooden prism.
The drive of the wood screws is torx - prevents slipping when tightening and saves the tools used. All screws have a cutter on the body and the body is coated with a slip-resistant varnish. The screw design ensures fast, convenient and accurate installation.
Plate head wood screws are used where stronger joints between wooden beams are needed (trusses, pergolas, gazebos). The wide head of the screw performs a similar function as a washer. Suitable as an alternative for plumbing screws.
The screw head remains above the surface of the wood after installation.
