Adjustable Post Base 146–211 mm M24 | Stainless Steel A4 (AISI 316)

The adjustable post base made of stainless steel A4 (AISI 316) is designed for reliable fixing of wooden posts into concrete in outdoor applications. Thanks to the robust M24 thread, it is suitable for structures with higher loads such as pergolas, terraces, canopies or load-bearing wooden constructions.

The main advantage is the height adjustment range of 146–211 mm, which can be performed even after installation. The right- and left-hand thread system allows precise leveling without disassembly, making installation and final alignment much easier.

The A4 stainless steel ensures high resistance to corrosion, moisture, salt and aggressive environments. This makes the post base suitable not only for standard outdoor use, but also for demanding conditions such as near swimming pools or in high-humidity environments.

The solid steel plates with a thickness of 8 mm and the option to use lock nuts provide a rigid and stable connection without unwanted movement. Fixing to wood is carried out using stainless steel wood screws A4 (e.g. 8×120 mm, 10×120 mm).

The load capacity of the system depends on the anchoring method and the fastening materials used. For load-bearing structures, structural verification is recommended.

Installation

• Fixing to the post: stainless steel wood screws A4 (Ø 8 × 120 mm, 10 × 120 mm)
• Fixing into concrete: ETA-approved concrete screws or anchors
• Height adjustment: by rotating the central part (M24 thread)
• Securing position: recommended M24 lock nuts (not included)
